• Prepare Project Status Report.
• Recording all subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Negotiating & Settlement of Client & Subcontractors Final Accounts.
• Maintain project and cost code information in computer systems and documentations
• Collecting event details from site to establish variations / Back charges.
• Prepare, Review and submission of Weekly/Monthly progress report.
• Undertake other responsibilities as required by management.
• Day to day communication with Sites and sub-contractors.
• Procurement and evaluation of domestic sub-contractors quotation.
• Negotiating and appointing eligible sub-contractors.
• Preparing cost comparisons for different methods of construction.
• Quality & Cost checks during execution.
• Prepare Weekly construction material utilization reports.
• Cost Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from supplier, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Monitor project cost as per the laid business plan.
• Careful study of Architectural and Structural building plans for take-off.
• Study progress claims and payments submitted by subcontractor for payments according to work progress.
• Valuations of variation orders from contract /revised documents.
• Coordinate with accounts for closing Project final accounts.
• Coordination with other departments to ensure project costs are organized and distributed accordingly.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule as per the structural drawings to promote steel yard work.
• Allocate CBS Code to respective project cost for capturing in Oracle System.
